Hamlib est une bibliothèque de développement de logiciels libre et open source pour les radioamateurs qui fournit une interface de programmation d’application (API) pour contrôler différents types de radios. La bibliothèque Hamlib est écrite en langage C et prend en charge de nombreux types de radios, notamment des radios analogiques et numériques, des radios logicielles (SDR) et des émetteurs-récepteurs de toutes sortes.
Hamlib est une bibliothèque très populaire dans la communauté radioamateur et est utilisée dans de nombreux logiciels radioamateurs tels que des applications de contrôle de radios, des outils de décodage de signaux numériques, des logiciels de cartographie pour la localisation des stations de radioamateurs, etc.
